Drop Shipments: Drop shipments to Owner-Distributor's customers are acceptable provided conditions for minimum order and shipping are met.

Minimum order: No minimum for online orders placed on the IDC website. $100 minimum of assorted warehouse products from an IDC Distribution Center applies when orders are placed through member services. If order is less than minimum, a $5 handling charge is applied. Minimum is waived for premium airfreight shipments from IDC-USA.

Shipping Information: IDC-USA Prepaid Freight Policy, LTL or UPS prepay and add or collect. Contact member services with additional shipping requests.

IDC Select shipping information (Drop Ship): No prepaid freight for Lubriplate or Perma products. Contact member services with additional shipping requests.

New Jersey shipping policy (applies only to shipments from NJ)

UPS Ground Orders received before 12pm ET will ship same day (provided the item is in stock)
After 12pm will ship the following business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays)
FedEx Ground orders received before 2pm ET will ship the following business day

LTL orders ship within 5 business days of the order entry date

Returns: IDC's annual return policy has a 30 day no fault return from date of shipment and applies only to standard products with a $100 or more return value after obtaining return authorization. If more than 30 days has passed, owner-distributors may do an annual return during their annual return scheduled time after submitting and receiving return authorization of an annual return request form. For Perma returns contact IDC Member Services.

Rebate: Volume discounts and rebates based on group total purchases are paid to IDC-USA and allocated to Owner-Distributors in accordance with IDC-USA amended bylaws.
